anadrol divided dose or all at once?

4 tabs is insane, it is strong enough to even use 1/2 tab and still get good results. But split it, like anyother oral. ORALS SHOULD BE SPLIT!!!!!! You don't want that high of a test spike in your system. Also I'd say don't go higher than 1 1/2 tabs a day and thats if you are experienced.
