Anadrol and joints

I hardly ever take steroids anymore, but have tons of prior experience. All sorts of noobs will ask my "stats," but please refer to my EF membership date. I have most likely been around these boards and been around gear longer than you, and I'm not asking dosage questions or "look at my cycle and critique" questions.

I'm training for a powerlifting meet, and was thinking of running a little anadrol up to the meet. My question is, for those that have used it, how do your joints feel on it? One of the many reasons I don't run gear is I get joint pain from nearly everything - Tren, var, winny, mast were the most recent culprits. If I can't lift, and specifically can't lift heavy, what's the point, right? Not wanting to derail my training prior to competition in the name of a silly chemical. So for those that are susceptible to joint pain and have used anadrol, how did you feel?

Probably dose:
750mg test/wk
50-100mg drol/day

Thanks for the input in advance.

Mate good to see you hope your well , ran it at 100 with no issues , var and winni do affect my joints so I am sensitive but no very like it sounds you are.

Don't you think you should try Bovine cartilage builder, glucosamine, chrondroitin, MSM, possibly DSMO. Calcium and magnesium tablets with VIT-C. Take VIT-E and Zinc. And don't neglect the other supplements. A dose of a good painkiller works wonders.

I had no joint issues from Adrol at all at 50-100 mgs, extreme water retention from them might be helpful in that aspect. It would make sense since usually joint problems are more commonly associated with dryer compounds. Other than that I felt like crap on them, but that's beside the point, lol!

I get joint issues from some AAS, especially on Winny, but that probably happens to most on it. So I'm nothing but immune to joint pain, although I'm not very sensitive to get it from most AAS. Now, Letro on the other hand...

I was gonna say good post until your last sentence. painkillers should never be touched by a lifter PERIOD. to take away your brains ability to detect pain is the dumbest thing you could do to yourself when you are tearing your body up from weightlifting

Thanks for all the replies!

I probably should take joint support, although without gear they never hurt (ever) and with gear I have yet to find anything that helps. But always a good idea.

I've heard deca helps, but I am not super interested inputting that kind of suppression on my body, even though I'm on a fair dr. Dose of TRT. I know NPP did NOT help against var joint pain, but maybe that is different, although I don't see why it would be.

Good responses - the water retention is why I figured it might help. Although I AM worried about weight gain and having to compete in a higher weight class!

I say a dose of painkillers because I suffer from osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, and many bone fractures over the year from my neck to my ankles. I shouldn't even be in a gym, but its ingrained into my very soul. Do or die trying. So there you have it. I've been on pain meds for 13 years years after my last fracture and diagnosis from the docs. A pain med every six hours to make it through the day. I don't feel addicted at all. it's actually something need not crave. And at the gym, I have the go light/medium or else, I'll catch hell when I arise in the morning. That's it. Peace
