on a serious note about buying for your pet.......my dog is really scrawny, especially skinny. everyone comments on how skinny he is. as well, he is a husky and should be about 60 lbs by 8 months old. i doubt he is 45 lbs. seems to eat halfway decent, most of the time. but i was wondering what type of AAS you are supposed to give an animal? and what dosages? i guess i may bring him to the vet......but for being a runt it sounds stupid, and will cost money. don't want to do anything to hurt him though also.

oh cool. i know he ate an IP winny on two occasions. :D i don't think i know anyone that stocks that brand......they all got zambon 2mg i think.....i'd just need to find the proper dosage i guess and use them. i'd feel better about giving him such a low dose of 2mg or so....and it being winny makes it seem more harmless.

yeah, my roomates rotty is only 75lbs. right now at 10 months, growing, but slowly. He wants her at a minimum of 110lbs. i told him I got some extra dbol to throw in her food.lol

seriously though, winny is used a lot for show dogs. Improves there coat.

i was thinking though....would i really give him some good zambon winny while i sit there and don't get any? maybe one winny for doggie.....two winny for daddy......we'll do it like that. :D if anyone knows the daily dosage, let me know on that. i guess one tab a day would work? or maybe day/night???

Whoa!!! Just as in giving advice to people on gear the same with pets. If you don't know what your talking about don't give advice. Winstrol-v is used in the treatment of diffrent disease's in dogs and cats not to build muscle. The dosages on the bottle would be useless. Warbirds I'm against giving gear to a pet but, if your detirmined then lets do it right. Just as in use in people, gear should be a last resort after proper diet and trainning. What brand and amount of food are you feeding him? have you had him checked for worms? when was his last physical? Had blood work done? If you wish I will find out the best dosage for him but you could solve the trouble by looking into my questions first.
 
i had a pit/rotty mix pup and wanted to juice it. but after i thought about it i realized it was wrong. the animal has no say if it wants to or not. think about this before u do it

he eats at least once a day maybe twice. usually i get pedigree or Iams. sometimes dry pedigree with can iams, or vice versa. those two seem to be the best stuff available. since he is 8 months he just had his last "puppy" visit to th vet about 3 months ago i think. and he is on heartguard and all that stuff every month. just seems really small and slow growing. but i guess if he is happy and it doesn't bother him (as if it would bother a dog to be smaller), so i suppose he should be let be. i think i will weigh him and ask the vet if it is normal for him to be this weight at this age. he is still average size compared to most dogs since this is a medium size breed, even the smaller ones are decent sized. he likes to whup up on the 4 month old pit bull down the block. :D little rough-houser runt.
 
feed your dog two times per day and if possible get him to a pool or beach/lake to swim. this is how people who show dogs put muscle on them without joint problems. If need be add some white rice to his/her food. I know of no-one in the dog-show ring that uses aas. possibly the dog fighting world uses it.

while not making a judgment as to whether or not it is right, wrong, necessary, stupid, etc. to give a pet AS, I do think it is rather funny that the same people who have no problem putting juice made for animals in their human body, are upset by the idea of putting juice made for animals in an animal's body.

As far as the argument that it is not right to give an animal AS because they have no say in it, I think thats sort of flawed in its logic...do you think an animal has a say in whether or not they ought to be neutered? If it did, do you think it would want to be? Being a pet owner implies that you will make decisions you arbitrarily decide to be in the best interest of the pet...

Warbird, I think the key here is letting your vet decide whether or not AS are indicated for the health of your pet.
 
i would wait until he was older.he is still a puppy you don't know he might hit the weight you want with out gear.

i pretty much wouldn't, was just asking because it seems there are a million AAS for dogs....so i thought i may be something that was used for little runts like mine. but these cock lovers on this thread with their smart-ass shit is pissing me off. i'm the main one who grabs the dogs who are lost around here and almost getting ran over by cars in the parking lot at work, while everyone just looks....and will smack anyone i see abusing animals. so its not like i am going to do something to hurt him. just wondering why there are so many dog roids, yet there seems no use for them except illicit things like fighting.

not that i know of. lol. he stays at home in the house, and in the fenced in backyard. or else he is in the car with me or walking on a leash. so i doubt he got any. i didn't think that helps him grow though.......

Well being that TTokkyo and QV, and well most anything coming out of MX is intended for animals :rolleyes: you can go to their website and it will give you proper dosages for his weight. But maybe your vet will hook up the script for dog gear, covered by your insurance co?? My own pipe dream...:) I'd have to get a dog first though...
 
The ttokkyo website has good info on proper dosages for dogs. There is nothing wrong with giving gear to a dog. That is what they are made for. I wouldn't give it to a dog just cause he is scrawny, especially at a young age. I have a older dog whose hips are very weak that i am thinking of starting on some eq.

Bro I got three pits, and two of them are pretty big both about 75lbs. And I also have a new puppy who is about 45 lbs...I gave one of my dogs dbol when he was only maybe right around a year, and he has serious problems now I dont know if it was from the dbol or if he was just prone to it but he has Accute Hemolitic Anemia, and on top of that has another problem where his body doesn't produce a sufficent amount of Platelets in his blood. He is on expensive medication and gets blood work done every 4-6 weeks I mean he has his off days but he is still one rugged as dog who has a lot of life to live ,Oh he is about 3 1/2 yrs old....I gave him about about 5-15 mgs a day, I don't remember exactly but when ever I took some I throw him one and sometimes I would forget if I gave him one then just throw him another...He was very aggressive aspecially towards strangers and other dogs...I gave it to him for about 4 or 5 weeks and he gained 11 lbs of beautiful Pit Bull Muscle ripped, dense, and thick...If you have ever owed a pit you'd know what I am speaking of

But with that said man I don't think giving your dogs any gear would be benificial to him..think about it he doesn't care if he juices or not it all about what you want him to be....its not right, I regret it painfully (especially when its time for more meds!)

warbird if you want to give your dog gear i am all for it .if it was me i would feed him always have dog food in his dish or get him an automatic feeder so when he wants food he has it dogs will only eat when they want and as much as they want .if you see a dog woof his food down thats b/c its not always there so he eats it when its there .also get your dog iams or science diet dry only leave that can shit at the store and leave that predgriee shit there also.

i have 8 full blooded pits and they are all on automatic feeders and none of them are fat .and just take him for walks but be careful with the walks at first look at his pads ........
