Happy Belated 4th to all,

I was interested in anyone (especially the former chubbos out there) if you've ever tried Mauro Dipasqules Anabolic diet?

Any & all details would be appreciated as well as a sample weekday & weekend diet.

How long were you on it & when did you start seeing results (and what were they) & how does this diet compare with any other you were on?

All opinions & thoughts are welcome and very much appreciated.

Take care & enjoy the rest of the weekend.

For cutting, it works well if you watch your calories and are careful on the carb-up.
For strength, it can work well, eat above maintenence, eat a ton on the weekends for 2 days.
For strength, feel free to take in around 30g high gi carbs after your workout, but that's it. Ketosis isn't necessary if you're going for strength. You can also have 250g carbs wednesday morning.
There's alot to explain, try doing a search on CKD or go to metabolicdiet.com which is his newer version of the diet.

go on www.testosterone.net and run a search, they have a very detailed article explaining how to set up that diet, they provide sample menus also

I'm currently following something similar to the Massive Eating diet by Jim Beradi. It makes alot of sence to me and has worked very well for me. I have lowered my bf and gained 6-7lbs in 3.5 wks.

Yes, it makes sense the diet.
Iwan2bsolid2, what is your caloric intake? you are doing 18X bodyweight? also, how is your strenght?
