Anabolic Diet! Please Help!

Hey guys I am doing a 12 week cycle, bulking for the first 6 weeks and then cutting:

What ratios should I maintain?

My buddy made up two diets for us, I tweaked them a bit, here are the stats for them:

day 1:
cals 4420 carbs 435 protein 372 fat 94
day 2:
cals 4127 carbs 541 protein 397 fat 46

Are the carbs too high? the fat too low on the DAY 2? What ratios should I am for?

I am 5'10 195# 12% bf. I was in charge of researching the AS and he was in charge of diet but I have questions about it so any help would be appreciated.
 
The numbers look very good. No, the carbs aren't too high. If anything you may end up needing more calories. Remember however, it's not just the total numbers that matter...it's the foods that make up those numbers that are just as or more important in the end picture. If those calories and macronutrient totals are derrived from clean, wholsesome, unprocessed foods then you're on the money. If it's 4400 cals of crap, then it'll be an assured disaster.
 
And also...Don't do six bulk/ six cut. That's a waste of a cycle as six weeks isn't nearly enough time to "bulk" nor is it near enough time to substantially lean out. You'll end up exactly where you started...Makes no sense.
