Hey fellas I am bulking for 6 weeks and then cutting for six weeks. I am making my diet now for the first 6 weeks.
For the first six week I am on sust @ 500mg and EQ @400mg
I have made up two diets
day 1=
cals 4420 carbs 435 protein 372 and fats 94
day 2=
cals 4127 carbs 541 protein 397 and fat 46
are these fine? Which is better? What sort of ratios should I be after?
