An Ultimate Shred Stack... My creation! =)

So, one of the most common questions you tend to see on all boards is "what is the best cutting ph?" This question has most of us holding our face in our hands wondering wtf people just don't understand and why they don't take a little time to read before posting... So I was fomulating what I think to be an ultimate shred stack...

BEFORE I EVEN POST IT, KEEP IN MIND, that there is no magic stack or pill... you have to bust your fuckin ass in the gym and eat RIGHT to make this work but if you do, I assure you, you will be one lean motherfucker off this stack... So, here it is... laid out as easy as I can make it...

Katanadrol -0/0/ 350/350/400/400/450/450
SARMS s4- 50/50/50/75/75/80/80/80
SARMS mk2866 (ostarine) 25/25/25/25/25/25/25/25

this is the base of the stack... now I would still run N2Guard with it although it may not seem necessary, I would still use it...

Now, I would kick in forma stanzol week 4 and run through pct...

DAA - 1-8
Hcgenerate - 1-8
Need2Slin - 1-8

then you will run a mini pct after...

You can run either forged pct or unleashed... also daa and you will still be running forma throughout... I also would continue on the need2slin throughout...

by the end of this cycle, if you are not a shredded motherfucker then I just don't know about you!! This cycle should shred you hardcore!

I'll be logging this next bro count on it! Although I am thinking about using hella instead of katanadrol. I'm already fairly lean and last time I ran katana I lost more muscle mass than I am willing to give up again haha what do you think about subbing in katana?

Btw I'm pretty sure EF has dubbed you the sultan of shred!

lolll love the nickname bro! you could sub hella if you like... more size... maybe less shred but still a lot of fuckin shred nonetheless... run hella 75/75/75/100/100/125... that would still be a mean cycle and your strength gain would be awesome!
 
I LOVE Katana, always been a favorite, and I just finished a run of S4. The S4 gave me increased LBM and Katana always cuts me up. I can definitely see this being good to you if, like Dylan said, you treat it right :-)
 
Nice. Just curious, are you against injectible/black market AAS? I think you would look like a freak with some test prop and trenbolone acetate.
 
The problem with dosing is that you HAVE to buy a third bottle! That wouldn't be a problem if you only needed to use 1/3 of it and it wasn't marked @ $86 a piece! :-(

So I am gonna run it like this:

350/350/350-400/400/500/500/500/500
Will start 400mg on a Friday of the 3rd week.

That is 486 pills I think. Just about a fully depleted bottle about that point.
 
yes you are good enough but i created you this stack bro... i tweaked it and shared it with everyone... i know its expensive but you will get the most out of it this way...
 
Well chris I guess you can run katana, I'll run hella, and we can compare our results and log them for any furture bros looking to shred and build some good lean muscle!

And as for the sultan of shred lol you should make a banner with that. Pretty much the most shredded dude on the site and I think anyone would be hard pressed to prove they do more cardio. I know I sure fkn don't!

why spend all that $ on this when a simple test+var cycle will get you way better results at 5times lower cost
 
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but would adding clen to that stack be overkill?

The fact that clen can kill you, already makes it bad in my book. Not to mention, taking a drug that makes you feel shitty with its shitty sides would hinder gym performance.
 
why spend all that $ on this when a simple test+var cycle will get you way better results at 5times lower cost

or you could swap out the kata and swap in test+var. and then run the rest of the stuff listed.

AAS alone is wonderful, but adding in some more chems and toys to the cycle can really take things to another level. if you can get the right synergy and mix the right chemicals just right you can get amazing results.. just look at our contest winner PLJ. yes he ran AAS but he also had more goodies stacked together which needto put for him.
 
Steve is right on point. Isn't that what this is about anyways? Finding what works for you, tweaking it a little to give it that edge, then killing shit! Everyone reacts differently to everything.

Dylan won't get the same exact result from 400mg of prop as I would, and that is true for every single other substance.

i would definitely not add clen to this stack... i thought of this stack with the idea that the sides would be minimal to none at all and clen would not go along with this idea... i would just stick to the original design... i designed it the way i did for a reason... of course things can be tweaked here and there but i firmly believe the design is excellent and there is no need for any changing... however subbing helladrol for katandrol would be an idea, i designed this as an ultimate cutting stack with minimal sides...

agreed... there are many ways to run sarms and its more of a trial and error... i like both ideas... sarms can just take any cycle to a higher level... they are very versatile and so much can be accomplished on them... as always, great idea steve... =)

I've definitely run AAS. I'm gonna be running some SARMS after my PCT. My next cycle will include some gear that I haven't tried before. After, depending on my results, I may try, as Steve mentioned, to take it to a different level.

Adde, you'd have to run a sarm at a very high dose for longer than Dylan is recommending here for it to be even a fraction as suppressive as AAS on your natural test production. For the associated sides that serms are usually used to combat, a sarm has either very limited or none at all. Dylan has a thread with a great write up about sarms in it that explains everything you need to know!

Forma, hcgenerate, and either unleashed or forged post cycle is more than enough to get you kicking again after a sarm run bro!

I'm with dylan, I know how much time, effort, and money we put into our training and diet, so to me running one cycle per year is so eefective because of how much I prepare. Running strong otc supps or research chems, keeping my diet in great form, and killing it every time I train keeps my body so engaged that by the time I'm ready to run something hardcore, my gains are amazing and I keep them all. If you make it a lifestyle and not just a hobby, it all becomes a mind game after that. Especially for me...cause I fucking love blue bell icecream...

LOLLLL on the ice cream bro... great post though and excellent points... You have to be a straight killer in the gym and be all about being successful to get the most out of your cycles... the problem so many people have when running cycles, is they expect so much but have a half ass effort or attitude... I feel like the gains can be immeausrable if you put in the amount of effort necessary... Obviously a body may react different than another but there is a lot of things that can be accomplished if the right mind set and effort is given...
 
im on week 5 of my sarms stack... i have put on 5 lbs. and i believe my body fat has dropped slightly... my strength is through the roof... i cannot even begin to tell you how much strength I have gained and my muscles are so much more hard and full... its absolutely awesome bro... i am so thrilled with it...
