im 24, 5'11, 230lbs.. more bodyfat than muscle... prob 27% BF.. family history is ok, but there has been heart probs.. i dont smoke but i do drink 2-3x a week... ive lifted on and off for 2 yrs.. but lately, ive just done some running and tennis while quitting cigarettes.. anyways, im interested in losing wt fast and building muscle.. my goal is 200lbs, but lean and more muscle.. i know you cant get the perfect body overnight and i know the best advice would be to hit up cardio hard, but i do want fast results... whats the best advice one can offer when it comes to AS??.. also, everyone says to do more research.. isnt advice from this forum and directions on where to go for that info the way to go.. thanks...
