We all know that we look bigger post-workout, i was just wondering how, theoretically, far in time we are ahead of our physique as compared to normal.
So, how long will it take us to achieve what we see in the mirror? It may differ with the frequency of training sessions, but on average, how far are we away from having our post-workout body as our pre-workout body?
