amps

I have a problem. i have some amps that are all the way full and some that are not. i dont have a problem with the ones that are not filled all the way, but the ones that are filled to the top. I was wanting to break them but i was afraid that i would lose some of it. is there any where i can get a amp cutter. i have found some amp openers that just pop the tops of them off. i was wondering if there was any place i could find a amp cutter that would cut the top off.

They shouldn't be filled like you are speeking of. What exactly are they?

beezers is right. if they are filled all the way something is wrong or there is a bubble in it and u have to shake the gear down to the bottom of the amp, which will leave a space at the top.
