So I went to the doctor and got some antibiotic to take care of my sickness i thought I had, i havent been as tired. The amplify sluggishness is pretty intermittant though - meaning that im not always tired. I take usually 10 caps, i'm 180lbs 6'2, one time i took 12 and i was shaky and felt like i was going to pass for a couple hours after my workout. How should I take it for tonights workout Omega?
