i've been taking PureMCC about an hour before workout. What are the benefits of taking it 2-3 hrs before workout?

I took 12 today about an hour ago...and i suddenly just got VERY tired...like have NO ENERGY at all...I wonder whats wrong with me, I dont even feel like getting out of my chair.

Any ideas? I dont wanna bump the dose much higher, I only weigh 180 lol

you took 9 before so at 12 your still only getting the amount of a good cup and a half of coffe so its nothing stim based.
DMAE can also be tricky but again your only getting a conservative amount.

Try eating in advance next time, and increase water inatake in advance of dosage
could also be other factors do to the weather this season.......

Yeah, Im not doubting the product at all...just found it odd that my energy dropped off in a heart beat...im going to give it another go tomorrow.

go back to 9 caps as per your first dose or up it to 10

and drink more water

Yeah im gonna pop some PureCEE in a few, then some AMP02 and see if I can get a good workout in today. I didnt take any yesterday, I had a family members memorial service and didnt have time or the mood to get anything done.

I'll update you guys later today and let you know how its going!
