I read on your other post you question and YES Amplify02 will help burn fat while your exercising. Not only are the Nuerotrpics in Amplify 02 "smart drugs" but they have district Fat Burning properties as well

The fat burning effects of the stack are insane! I have raised my carbs to fill out and I am not accumulating much fat/bloat in the process. I went from sub 100 g carbs to 600-700 g carbs for the past 2 weeks and I look soo much better. I now realize how flat I was... My skin is shrink wrapped around my muscles and I have gear-like pumps and vascuarity, the Amp-02/mcc is complimenting my rebound nicely!

Omega when I diet down can I take AMP-02/MCC on a daily basis (mainly for morining cardio/ pre-workout)?

Hey Omega I sent you a PM over at S'ology.. I think this will cover it all though.

I just bought the strength stack; what would you recommend for a 5 day a week program (M,T,R,F,S - Wed and Sun off)? 6'6 235 11% if that matters.

I was thinking of taking the Amp02 only certain days for purely stim purposes. Would you be against that idea? Are there any real cumulative effects?

Also - it doesn't mention this on the site; but I was reading about the XT version from the Fall. Is this it or something different?
