How exactly to do you take these supplements (with food, how much water......) Also, how many/much is recommened of each to obtain maximum results? I want to do everything perfect so I get the best results, because too many times I screw up on a supplement and its like a waste of money.
Amplfy02 is solid bro. You will get awesome workouts and sick pumps. It's th eonly stuff I used. I just oredered 2 bottles of AMP02 and 2 bottles of MCC a few weeks ago.
