Not really since its geared for Preworkout
the common question we do get is:

"Do I take creatine or cee on off days?"

I say that I dont personally and am doing more than good:)
but it could not hurt either.

There also seems to be a remarkable fat buring properties of Amplify02
no doubt do to added workout intensity, but also very much because of the potent synergy of the ingredients in Amplify02 :)

200 caps per unit

your about to get more pumps and vascularity.

i just remembered reading something about not taking craetine with caffeine, because caffeine negativly effects creatines absorbtion or something like that. any word on this?

Caffeine stimulates the pancrease to release insulin
which can be good for the added uptake of compounds.

The only valid issue is the diuresis that occurs which is easily ameliorated by extra H20 intake. Amplify02 directions state to drink 20 oz of h20 per serving :)

I am in my cutting phase right now and just switched from Trex back to Ephedrine/ caffeine. I just got my bottle of amp today, can I just add it to what I'm already taking?

you will not need it:)

You may take it pre cardio if you wish :)

some opt for about 6 caps for cardio
and 10 caps for lifting

This is the best legal product I've tried in a long time. It gave me skin bursting pumps and crazy endurance. And that was all with the first time I used it! I'll be doing the Amplify02 stack starting tomorrow. I can't wait to get in the gym tomorrow and bring the house down.

Get in on the intro price while you can guys. This stuff works and delivers all it promises and more. I'm enjoying the skin bursting pumps, increased recovery and focus. I hope it never ends!

Each workout I've been putting up more and more weight and adding reps like it was nothing. I just never seem to run out of steam. It doesn't make me jittery either, just anxious to tear the gym down. Thanks Omega, I needed a product like this. Amplify02 and Pure Mcc are working for me and it shows. Up 4lbs too, not much but at 250lbs you take each gain you can!

Every product I've tried from OMEGA & genetec has been awesome. You ever going to bring back the glutagain(glutamine peptides)again? Talk about taking it one step further:the stack for pre-workout intensity,and insane pumps/cell volumization,and glutagain,which was one of the best post-workout recovery aids I have ever used.Outside of gear.lmao

With the combo of MCC and Amp02 and the amount of high quality synergistic ingredients that's in them,the price is dirt cheap IMO. That's a whole lot of hard-hitting stuff that packs a whallop.

I used Amplif02 for the first time last night and here is my write up:

I definantly felt an increased focus and had tons of energy. It wasn't the speedy energy ephedrine gives you, more of a feeling of being alert and awake. I was planning out each set, counting the time between sets and determined to blast to failure. I already take a No2 product twice a day but I definantly felt like the pump went to the next level with amplify02. My muscles felt full and rock hard. I also noticed that I was able to get an extra rep or 2 on things where I would normally have fatigued. I can't wait to use this stuff when i go back on the sauce. I think it will help me get the most out of it. Since it is day one I will continue to write further results.

How does this compare to other pre-workout stacks like No-explode? I think it is superior because of the results and the fact its in pill form. The energy and focus is cleaner and the product is more affordable.

I am not afiliated with Omega in any way and don't even know the guy but he is definantly pushing an awesome product. I recommend everyone give it a shot and see how their body reacts to it.

Okay, it's been around 8 hours post workout and everything is still pumped and swollen. This is unreal. I love that paper thin skin and vascular look it gives, even outside of the gym. Top quality all the way Omega. BUMP this thread up! Bro's are missing out.
 
Just had my Amp02 and PureMCC stack come in today. I will use the Amp02 once this week and my friend will use it also, who hasn't taken any of these products before. We'll see what happens with it. Also I will be doing 5x5 Routine starting on Sept 4th and this is when I will begin to use MCC and Amp02 due to this week just being dedicated to get used to form on Squats, Dead lifts, Overhead press and the like and find my 5RM. I will be keeping a log on the Weight Lifting Forum and posting my Cal intake every day I lift which will just be 3 days a week.

We'll see what happens. After reading reviews on Amp02 I'm looking forward to it.
 
You should do very VERY WELL.

Give the PureMCC and Amplify02 1 week to "build" in your system.
After week one lifts will increase dramatically

your 5 x 5 traning will be served very well with the stack

RabidGoose, you are your friend will love it. I would recommend you each get your own stack, if you haven't already. Otherwise you will run out quick and that's no good. :) 5x5 is incredible with the stack. My squats, deads and pressing moves are FLYING up, along with increased endurance and even some fat burning. Not to mention the insane pumps, recovery and weight gain.

I can't say enough that this is the BEST legal stack to gain size, strength, recovery and hardness. Veins will pop up out of nowhere and stay. You are in for a great ride, enjoy it and happy gaining brother. :p
 
My friend is a bit of a tight ass, he will only be sampling it and not feeding off of my stack since he refuses to change his routine to mine.

I told him he needs to get a Tattoo. On one cheek a lump of coal followed by an equal sign, then a diamond on the other cheek.
 
I changed my bench form to a harder form, closer grip and elbows tucked in. It seemed harder, maybe it was just strange. I managed to do my normal weights for a normal day with changing form. Decline Bench was a lot easier even though after every set I was doing dips and chin ups because I had to do something.

Veins in my forearm were just glistening through the skin, my arm looked like someone took a blue marker and just striked it up and down my forearms. Stuff is good, I'd compare 10 pills to 3 scoops of No-Xplode, and I was only taking 2 scoops of No-X.

Looking forward to using this when I start my 5x5 program.
 
Oh and I was absolutley starving. My stomach wasn't hungry, it was like my muscles were hungry. I ended up eating 3 Chicken Sandwhiches, the dollar ones, from Wendy's and typically am stuffed after 2. Then I ate a Kashi go-Lean bar.

Ya I know, those sandwhiches aren't healthy but I forgot to buy pork chops and thaw my chicken out sunday so blah
 
Just looked at the ingredients for the amplify on the website and was wondering how much of each was included in a 10 cap serving? Specifically the caffeine and cee...

So it wouldn't be beneficial to take on non-workout days? Also, I frequently work out at night due to my schedule, how long will the stimulant effects last? I don't want to be awake all night. Thanks
 
On the Amplify02 Label there are directions for Bodyweight and timing.
If you workout hard you will sleep well.
Would not take after 7 or 8 pm

Effects start 20-30 minutes after taking it. Peak at the 45 minute mark, hold for 1 hour, then taper off nicely with no crash.


Amplify02 is to be used only PreWORKOUT hence its design.

Omega has gotten me all fired about this new version of the Amplify02 stack. These products are by far the best legal stack I have ever used. Perfect for packing on new lbs of shredded muscle during the winter months, all while keeping the waist nice and tight with vascularity to spare. Insane product that offers unreal results. I love it! And to think a new, more powerful version. How the hell could you make it any more powerful?! Spike it with dbol and rocket fuel?!?!?!?! LOLOLOL I can't wait. keep this BUMPED to the top.
