What to Expect From Amplify02:
1) 5 minutes after initial dose expect the first phase of the Rush, then about 15 minutes into the workout the full Power of the Amplify02 begins to compound, Power, Pump, Intense focus. Results peak at the 1 hour mark and stay for another 1-2 hours, then taper off slowly, with no Crash.........

That's good news...I'm def gonna have to give it a try. As I've said many times (some might say ad-nauseum), I tend to be a low responder to OTC supps...tried BSN's NO-XPLODE and it didn't do a thing for me, but I do like MRIs NO2...but always willing to try quality new supps.

DAY 3 1/19/06
Today I decided to try taking Amplify in a different way. Instead of taking it on an empty stomach 1 hour prior to training, I ate first and took it 15 mins before the gym. My chest and bis still have the sore/pumped feeling from my previous workout. Im loving it!
3:00- 50 g protein whey shake/ 1 cup cooked brown rice
3:45- 1.5 scoops Amplify
4:00- As I enter the gym I am starting to feel it kick in again. Its a very distinct come on. Sort of like a head/body rush. I actually look forward to the feeling because I stopped drinking coffee in the A.M and I am a stimulant junkie. Feeling really calm/concenrated - no jitters.

I had a great workout again. I felt strong and focused the entire time. My pumps are insane. Almost gear like! I felt really full and even got a few comments about it. I love the calm/confident feeling the nootropics give me. I went into every set like it was nothing. I can def feel the cee/arginine on the last reps of my sets. There is a bit more push in my muscles before I go to failure.
5:30- 20 mins cardio. Still feeling pumped/full. My endurance is very high. As I listen to my ipod I get even more amped. Man this is def a sick nootopic combo.

that fact that you are/were a coffee Drinker and Amplify 02 amped you up to such a high level is most encouraging......most encouraging indeed.
Please let us know about taking it with food vs. without food V Shape.
Please keep us updated especially in the next week or two for that is When the Pure Cee and No2 properties begin to truly culminate........
