What to Expect From Amplify02:

V Shape from here and Sawastea from here are the first to try it.....

I made this thread so they can share some preliminary FeedBack before Release
and so others who try can share as well.

DAY 1- 1/16/05

3:30-Took amplify (1.5 scoops) on an empty stomach then drank whey shake (50 grams protein) and ate 1 cup brown rice (45 g carbs). Amplify tastes pretty good. Tastes like sour orange tang.

3:45-15 minutes later feel amped. Slightly euphoric, chills, can feel the effects of the nootropics. Very focused looking very forward to my leg work out.

4:00- Feeling even more stimulated and focused. Entire body feels pumped/tight. Mind you I am clean and have been "off" for a long time. Listening to some music , sounds really clear/enjoyable. Cant sit still, very stimulated. The nootropic effects are very pronounced! Driving my 6-speed was very enjoyable, felt like I was in a race car.

4:30- Walked into gym. Feel very energetic and ready to train. I train max-ot style.

LEGS
Squat- 375 x 4 375 x 4 375 x4
Front hack squat (KING)- 465 X 6 465 X 6
1 leg standing hamstring curl- 100 X 6 100 X 6

Felt aggressive and focused during the entire workout. Did not talk much, the stimulation slightly decreased but the nootropic effects remained. All in all it was a good workout, had an even flow of energy throughout.

5:30 - 20 mins cardio on elliptical trainer- Feel energized, I usually feel tired at this point but today I feel full of energy. Very impressed so far!
