In my opinion its WAAAYY too much work...in order to get stronger and grow, you must be increasing weights on each exercise weekly, I don't see how you can do that focusing on this many exercises. 5x5 is great because you focus around a few BIG lifts, (squat, bench, row, dead, incline/military) and it's easier to progress in them this way. You've made a good choice! :) gl

thanks bro.....so you think that is too much? i always felt like i wasnt doing enough so i kept adding stuff...lol.....i also got thinner when i started doing this...got tighter and stuff and lost some bf so it wasnt that bad i guess

That is good then, although if one of your goals was to build muscle I think you would have a VERY hard time doing it on that program. 5x5 is a great choice for strength/mass, if those are your goals start up 5x5 with a calorie surplus and you will have a great time.

Wow, the volume is excessive. Cut out all the fluff movements (cable flyes, leg extentions etc). That is high frequincy training, so you probably want to greatly reduce the number of total sets and excersizes you are doing every day to get yourself time to recover between workouts.
