danielson Elite Mentor Platinum May 12, 2005 #2 your body does dump its urea into sweat if you are so dehydrated you can;t pee lots but need the fluid for thermoregulation... also as its a byproduct of protein breakdown this should also mean that your 'protein pool' is being oversaturated as you haveso much of it are you dieting (cause of the long standing ketosis)? and are your sheets being drenched by the sweat? what did they say the underlying cause of it was?

anthrax MVP EF VIP May 12, 2005 #3 I'm not smelling like ammonia on a regular basis It's more like the night sweats (no definite answer, more likely due to a hardcore workout followed by a big meal before bed), punctual and infrequent and probably due to a too high protein intake

Saintinistic New member May 21, 2005 #6 Protein is the villain here. too much of it being taken. read in in Muscle Media a few years ago. if its strong, you must be taking way too much, or your body is not at optimal potential and perhaps a doctors visit is in order.
