Omaha should have been top 3. that place has a bar just about every corner, and the only thing to do there is drink.

that's EXACTLY what i was about to say. i remember getting so trashed in the winter time. and you could truly "bulk" and not have anyone really notice, because of the weather. can't get away with that in florida or so cal
