You can already see their influence growing. Notice how more and more obese people are being diagnosed with the "disease" of being fat? Also notice how accomodations (i.e. handicapped stickers/plates) are being made for people who simply eat too much?UA_Iron said:shit aint that hard
this 60% is gonna be a majority, I do not relate with them, they have a voting majority, I need to move.

At work the other day they had someone come in and talk about a program (they were trying to sell something) to get people in shape. They had a list of things that they attributed to the obesity epidemic; all of them were external sources, not once was "personal responsibility" noted, or even mentioned. I sat there and laughed, and ridiculed while looking better than everyone else in there.

I'm sure the 'external sources' were fatty mcdonalds and burger king and the hated trans fats.
Fucking morons.
The program neeeds to be purchase a damn foremen grill, buy some chicken breasts, eat, and lift.
Pretty simple.

I got this new system I designed, it's really quite complex.
Buy a bag of chix breasts from wally world and a bottle of marindade (30 cals for the bottle)
Mix, cook, eat.
Holy shit I lost weight!
plifter said:The past year I've really let myself get into bad shape. I'm not obese but I'm fatter than I should be. I've been injured and have missed a lot of training. Whenever I can't workout I always seem to let my diet go to hell. It creates a double whammy situation. My last lipid profile woke my ass up. I got the results of my lipid profile on December 27. I've lost 5 pounds already and I've only been to the gym once in that time (I'm recovering from shoulder surgery so my activities are limited). Once my rotator cuff is completely healed I'm going to come back as strong as ever.
No, no , no that can't be true! sen. ted kennedy says that there are hundreds of thousands of american children starving and going to bed hungry every night.BOWTECH said:Just heard on the radio that by 2008 60% of Americans will be obese. And 1 out of 4 childern already are......lmao

Its all part of the shift away from personal responsibility and toward the blame game.UA_Iron said:All this is encouraging the epidemic. It's hardly a disease, I consider it a choice - like smoking.
