Am I ready?

Hello, I am 29, 5'11, 175 lbs. I have been lifting for about 5 years but seriously lifting for about a year. In the last year, I have lost about 30 lbs and in the best shape of my life. I have hardly any fat, my diet is good (strict calorie intake, a lot of protein). My problem now is I lift my guts out and I am still seeing gains, but not like I want to. I have read some other threads but the sticky that describes how to start is kind of hard to read....I can get test (250) right now and start, my question is, do you use it everyday or just training days? And what kind of gains and how fast should I expect them?

First of all; congratulations on being in the best shape of your life! One year in consistently is a good start.

Help everyone out here by informing us a little more: the more we know about you the better we can assess and help you out.
A) Whats your diet? Cals? Source of Cals? Lay it out on the line every meal all the nitty gritty.
B) What do you do in the gym? How many days, how much time, what equipment do you use etc lay out the
details once again.

and please don't take offense to this we all started somewhere but your question below really shows that you need to do some serious research; this is your body your talking about pumping chemicals into its not something you just jump into all willy nilly.
I can get test (250) right now and start, my question is, do you use it everyday or just training days?

At 29 your natural test levels are at no means there highest but you should still be able to make gains. The gains after about the six month mark do slow down its not all fireworks results like it is when you begin lifting.

Do some more research bro. If you don't know how often to take it or when to take it then your not ready. This board is a great place to learn so research, research and do more research. Don't forget to doing some digging into PCT also. It is a very important aspect of running a cycle.
 
and props to radars post but still do a little research and you'll be better off for it.

I agree ,Always do your own research Don't take the first piece of advice yoU hear, learn Why You need Forma Stanazol ,Arimidex, Whats the Best Post Cycle recovery(PCT) and Why you need it!The More informed you are the better you will be at creating a lifestyle out of this.

Thanks for the advice guys, especially Radar...I should have worded my post differently, I know I'm not ready, just trying to see if I'm at a good starting point once I have the research and know what I'm doing. Definitely not going to start right now...that said, I currently take a pre-workout (Jacked, NO, etc) and protein during and after and am pretty confident in my workouts and try to change them up everynow and then. I need to gain mass I have some muscle and definition, just need more of it. Besides eating and high protein intake, is there another route I should take? (May be more suited in supplement forum)
 
eat real food, that is the most important thing... that includes not just protein, but good clean carbs as well. carbs are underrated IMO amongst newbs, they all think if they get 500 grams of protein a day from shakes and bars then they will grow. it doesn't work like that.

check out drugprofiles.com and read about the different AAS out there, learn about them. I go there all the time and just research away... i've tried dbol, drol, tren, masteron, primo, deca, different test esthers (sustanon, cyp, prop)... each has their own properties and pros and cons.

I also bet you that you can work on your splits as well. the weightlifting section has great ideas.. also I have a log up going now where I go into detail and give examples of my splits. if you want to grow you need to workout end of story. cannot go to the gym 3X per week for 30 minutes a day and expect results. you can mantain like that.. but to grow you need to push yourself.
