Hello, I am 29, 5'11, 175 lbs. I have been lifting for about 5 years but seriously lifting for about a year. In the last year, I have lost about 30 lbs and in the best shape of my life. I have hardly any fat, my diet is good (strict calorie intake, a lot of protein). My problem now is I lift my guts out and I am still seeing gains, but not like I want to. I have read some other threads but the sticky that describes how to start is kind of hard to read....I can get test (250) right now and start, my question is, do you use it everyday or just training days? And what kind of gains and how fast should I expect them?
