Am I ready yet?

Age: 35
Weight: 198 Goal: Aesthetics (thought 200 was my goal but don't fill out my shirts yet. lol)
Height: 6'3"
BF: 12%
Lifting for 3.5 years. The last 18 months I finally got everything dialed in for the most part.
I'm in the gym lifting 4-5 days a week and try to get into to do cardio(kinda lacking) when I can. I do a pretty basic routine. I switch up moves just about weekly depending how I feel but I hit most major compound excercises
chest/triceps
Legs
off/cardio
back/biceps
shoulders/abs/calves
off/cardio
off/cardio

Diet:
fat: 92g 23%
carb: 409g 46%
prot: 268g 31%

Chicken breast talapia and occasional red meat
Brown rice, WW pasta, sweet potatos, oatmeal
broccoli, spinach, or any other dark green veg.
bananas

Supplements:
Protein powders, glutamine, jack3d, multi, fishoil, glucosamine, creatine, glycocharge.

I am very consistent with all of this. I've been gaining nicely for the past 18 months but I'm just not where I want to be yet and I'm getting impatient. I want to start with a n00b cycle likely just test and a good PCT. I've reviewed quite a few threads on starter cycles and don't see a problem with just going with the newb cycle posted in the sticky by needtogetaas - Natural post cycle therapy.....
So I think I just want to go with the must haves for the most part.
Weeks
1-10 testosterone-E 250mg Twice a week Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday
1-4 HCGenerate 3 caps am 2 caps pm
6-10 HCGenerate 3 caps am 2 caps pm
10-16 forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and 5 pumps am for the first 4 weeks then taper down to 3 pumps am and pm for the last 2 weeks.
10-14 Unleashed/postcycle combo. 1 cap 3 times a day of each. Or at the very least forged post cycle 2 caps am and 2 caps pm

I just had blood work and a physical today and will get it done again after cycle. I'm sure I'm ready, any advice would be appreciated.

your cycle layout is not too bad... you can run test e for 12 weeks if you like, and i think thats a better option because it is a longer ester... here's how i would run it...

1-12 test e... 500 mg wk
5-12 hcgenerate 3 caps a.m. 2 caps p.m.

you should have an AI on hand... aromasin would do... i always take one on cycle to be preventative and to keep the bloat down from test...

you start pct two weeks after your last pin...

you coud use forma on cycle as your ai as well...

here's my question... what are your goals from this cycle... i am asking in regards to your macro layout... your protein is a bit low and fat a bit high... carbs are a bit high too...
 
I'm really looking to cut down a bit more and just look fuller, mainly in arms/chest/shoulder area (not neglecting legs mind you). I didn't realize my macros where off until just a few minutes ago. I've been doing the same diet for so long I just spaced the numbers. I will be adjusting that.

I work nights so the times are weird.

3pm:
shake - 1 scoop BSN Syntha-6
1 banana
1 cup dry oatmeal
1 cup soy milk

7pm:
1 7oz Talapia fillet
1 cup broccoli
1 cup brown rice
multi, fishoil, glucosamine

Pre:
1 heaping scoop jack3d
5 grams glutamine
1 serving creatine

PW:
1 scoop fast digesting protein
1 scoop glycocharge
5 grams glutamine

10pm:
1 7 oz chicken breast
1 cup veg
1 sweet potato

1am:
1 7 oz chicken breast
1 cup veg
1 sweet potato
4-5am I miss this one a lot gets busy at work

7am:

I've only been on this workout for a couple of months. I did 2 12 week programs from bb.com before this. Before that is was this again.

It's just my opinion, you don't have to listen to it, you can do whatever the fuck you want to do.


tbh it was just easier to find online when I was trying to research this stuff. I start reading all the facts and get somewhat dyslexic. I'm sure by the time I actually aquire it, the cycle will look a bit different. I'm just trying to get a good idea of where to start.

i use both.

hcgenerate to run during my cycle to keep the nuts plump.. 5000iu's spread out of hcg to kickstart a cycle. saves money, time, and i don't have to worry about the hcgenerate going bad cause i left it out or it loses potency
 
Just a suggestion... If I was to cycle for 10 weeks I start pct week 12... Week 10 you're still at the very peak, jump on roidcalc.com and you can put your cycle in and see th clearance times. Your levels will be well above normal through week 11. Just keep running your aromasin and hcgenerate but start your post cycle week 12
