Lifting for 3.5 years. The last 18 months I finally got everything dialed in for the most part.
I'm in the gym lifting 4-5 days a week and try to get into to do cardio(kinda lacking) when I can. I do a pretty basic routine. I switch up moves just about weekly depending how I feel but I hit most major compound excercises

off/cardio
back/biceps
shoulders/abs/calves
off/cardio
off/cardio
Diet:
fat: 92g 23%
carb: 409g 46%
prot: 268g 31%
Chicken breast talapia and occasional red meat
Brown rice, WW pasta, sweet potatos, oatmeal
broccoli, spinach, or any other dark green veg.
bananas
Supplements:
Protein powders, glutamine, jack3d, multi, fishoil, glucosamine, creatine, glycocharge.
I am very consistent with all of this. I've been gaining nicely for the past 18 months but I'm just not where I want to be yet and I'm getting impatient. I want to start with a n00b cycle likely just test and a good PCT. I've reviewed quite a few threads on starter cycles and don't see a problem with just going with the newb cycle posted in the sticky by needtogetaas - Natural post cycle therapy.....
So I think I just want to go with the must haves for the most part.
Weeks
1-10 testosterone-E 250mg Twice a week Monday and Thursday or Tuesday and Friday
1-4 HCGenerate 3 caps am 2 caps pm
6-10 HCGenerate 3 caps am 2 caps pm
10-16 forma-stanzol 5 pumps am and 5 pumps am for the first 4 weeks then taper down to 3 pumps am and pm for the last 2 weeks.
10-14 Unleashed/postcycle combo. 1 cap 3 times a day of each. Or at the very least forged post cycle 2 caps am and 2 caps pm
I just had blood work and a physical today and will get it done again after cycle. I'm sure I'm ready, any advice would be appreciated.
