Am I in Danger?

Here is my cutting cycle designed to lose maximum amounts of fat. This will be combined with lifting 1 body part a day 5 days a week in addition to an hour and a half of cardio 5 days a week as well for a total of three hours of exercies broken down into 2 seperate workouts. My diet consists of 65% protien, 30% fat, and 5% carbs.
I will be taking 3 PPA for 2 days, then 5 clen (100mg) for 2 days, and continue to alternate in this fashion for 12 weeks. (I will take sunday off). I will also be taking T3 starting at 25mcg for the first three days, 50mcg for the next three, 75 for the next three, then 100 for 4 days, 75 for 5, 50 for 5, 25 for 4, 12.5 for the last two days. Taking a two day break before starting again. The total cycle will last only 12 weeks. I also take 5 grams glutamine upon waking and retiring, HMB three times daily, a multi vitamin, and 10 grams creatine daily. I consume protien shakes with flax oil to keep my protien and fat levels up and eat little to no carbs. I also will be consuming at least one gallon of water a day. I am 22 years old, 5'10", and will be trying to maintain my weight at around 160 with 4 or 5%bf. My current weight is around 170 and bf is 7.7% Does this look okay? MODs help me out.
 
My experience has been that unless you use a good amount of androgens with t3, you are going to lose alot of LBM. All that cardio will lower your test levels anyway. My advice would be to do a test/clen cycle and spend the $ you were planning to use on HMB and creatine on the test. Keep the glutamine though.

Maybe:
Weeks 1-8 500mg test
Weeks 4-8 clen 2 on, 2 off
Weeks 1-3 t3 25mcg a day
Weeks 4-6 t3 50mcg a day
That would be a very simple adjustment to your original plan, although my personal opinion would be something a little more intricate for cutting.

that's good advice. BTW, are you getting ready for a show? At 170 i would be trying to jam on as much weight as possible.
 
well I will be subject to drug tests in march so I would have to use something that would be out of my system by then. I also can't gain weight. I need to stay right at around 160 but lose all possible fat and keep as much LBM as possible as well. Any ideas?

Plenty of AS are difficult to detect but most would add weight. How about some Anavar to boost your strength and workout intensity? It'll only add a couple pounds in high doses but not enough to concern you.
 
The HMB, Glutamine, and Creatine I already have and get free so I am not worried about that. But what is the deal with anivar? How long is it detectable for and what are the sides commonly associated with it's use?
 
Do a search here on Anavar...there are tons of threads. It has almost no sides and the detection period is 3 weeks. The downside is the the cost.

40mg/day is considered a good dose for running anavar only; you're already taking creatine and anavar & creatine work together.
