Actually before dicking around and in the middle of it too I did decide to dig into the company resources, I went through manuals and educated myself a bit better on the software that we use (My training was poor to none) and support so I dont have to bother the oncall L2 technician and be able to handle things on my own instead, which I did today up to 6:30a.m. I did not have to call them for a single thing, until I received an email alert of something that is supposed to be "rare and never happens during my shift" I still tried every single resource before I called them.
