Am I going about this the wrong way?

That plan Hayez outlined sounds killer. You should put on freakish size with that. If you want to go with something simpler, a basic cycle of 250-400mg of Testosterone (Enanthanate or Cyp since less shots) will definitely do the job!

Good luck and eat even more on cycle than you were eating before. Lift HEAVY bro. Get lots of rest.

OP - I would drop the biscuits and crackers and get more complex carb and healthy fat sources in there...It looks like you're getting a fair amount of protein already.

For ref:

complex carbs - oats, sweet potatoes/yams, rice, potatoes etc.

healthy fats - extra v olive oil, fish oil, you already have nuts but these good too.

If you struggle to eat enough try blending up 100g of oats, 70g of protein powder and stick in a tablespoonful of olive oil. Thats a lot of cals but easy to consume.

I used to grind up a cup of dry oats in a coffee grinder and add to my shake when I needed a quick "meal" in class, lol.
Tasted not bad, but everyone thought it was soo gross.
I think I should bring that back into my daily diet.

His diet does need improving.
 
I always make my shakes with some instant quaker oats. I use chocolate whey protein for the protein and the oats for the carbs. Blend it up with some skim milk and for post workout, throw a banana in. Delicious shake.
 
well first .. you've probably heard this 10 billion times... get your diet and training in check then RUN ..

250-500mg/Test CYP weekly for 10 weeks

brother there is no need for winstrol as your trying to gain weight not get cut or lean... you need to gain some mass..

as for PCT .. i dont mind that but theres new stuff out such as TRT STACK FROM PP ..

normally i wouldnt reply since your starting off at a really low weight but im convinced that you actually tried everything possible..
or well atleast enough..

hopefully someone more experienced will chime in.. but thats all you get from me :)
