lol...doubt it...

I got 315 for 5.......my weak-point has changed though...no its off the chest...so the dbs did wnat I needed them to do

I was pretty sure that you were getting low to mid teens with 315!!!!

I was around 315 for 13 at one time......but my chest didnt have the fullness and shape I wanted......the dbs have GREATLY improved both....now its fkat bb and incline dbs
 
What exactly did you do with dbs to improve your weakness off your chest and your chest shape? Just flat db bench? What kind of reps/sets? Thanks.

Incline DB's....flat dbs ans incline flyes......the dbs really helped the push off the chest...now ny dead zone is about 8" off the chest...so now Im hitting tris harder.....


95-105 dbs for flat 8-10 reps
80-90 dbs for incline 8-10
30 bd for flyes(EXTREME stretch) 12 reps

what was that routine again? dbs? dkat bb?
 
4 sets 95-105 dbs for flat 8-10 reps
3 sets 80-90 dbs for incline 8-10
