I was around 315 for 13 at one time......but my chest didnt have the fullness and shape I wanted......the dbs have GREATLY improved both....now its fkat bb and incline dbs
Incline DB's....flat dbs ans incline flyes......the dbs really helped the push off the chest...now ny dead zone is about 8" off the chest...so now Im hitting tris harder.....
95-105 dbs for flat 8-10 reps
80-90 dbs for incline 8-10
30 bd for flyes(EXTREME stretch) 12 reps
