Great job aley cat you are looking great! I feel the same way right now... not sure if I really see any difference. I guess the pictures won't lie. Then again I'm not really on a cutting diet... :)

Yes I have to be honest... As far as the work-out regimen I'm picking yours up next week. I kinda started in at the wrong time because I did shoulders on sunday and my days were totally different from your guys's. So I figured this weekend I would start the weight training with you all. I am on a pretty tough weight work-out I had been doing 6 days, but the same cardio as you all. So sunday I will switch over...
 
I didnt......I have hit total body the last 4 days...went to the gym to tann and do somecardio and light arms......well- I made it TO the tanning bed - woke up a bit later

decided to come home and eat

tanning is tomorrow. I took friday off as my day off this week. I can always hit the gym on the weekends a LOT easier then through the week. So it does work out better for me that way.
 
ok Shadow a few question for today...
1) weight for today?
2) HIIT cardio, i didn't do it at 5 am (wayyy to friggin cold to get out of bed this am :frsty: ) if I do it right after weights, id that just as good as doing it in the am?
3) I HAVE to go out to diner tonight, big client of my husbad. what should I eat, and and what should I drink :martini: (I love martinis)

oh ya and good morning to all ;)

SUPERSET:

Incline db curls and standing ALTERNATE curls

3 sets of 6-8 on each



Pushdowns and db kickbacks

3 sets of 6-8


Preacher curls and dumbell extensions

2 sets of 8-10




...not AS good.....but close



...eat a lean cut of beef and keep it to one drink

...now if this meal is pwo...drop your pwo shake and eat a salad with a little bit of dressing.....lean steak/fish - SMALL potato is you wish..watch breads

I can't answer everything, but I can help you with the diner.....

I have to go out & eat (alot) I skip the bread & order my meal (fish / chicken / tenderlion) with no potato & extra veg. Just ask how they prepare it (ie, no cream sauce, no thick breading etc) You can ask for them to not add anything to the veggies as well . I find most places will try to please you.

I always get a chicken salad, dressing on the side... or vinegar and oil. Tell them to hold the croutons..
 
It's gonna be hard tonight ... these big wigs push the drinks on ya.... they fill your glass up blah blah... ANd normaly I have no prob saying no thnaks I training and shit but this my income lol ok my husbands job... whatever no time to insult....

um I'm going to the gym very shortly... my last meal was at 930 (oatmeal) now I go to gym... I go out for super at 630pm... so I do or don't have a PWO shake????
need an answer ASAP gtg 2 gym

I always have to have meals / meeting with the 'big wigs' at my work, if drinks are involved say, I'm sorry, I'm on medication. They won't ask ya what for.......& if they do just say antiboctics - they won't think your rude

I wish restaurants carried Diet Tonic Water..... that way you could have a Vodka + Diet Tonic if you wanted a drink or Diet Tonic + a tiny splash of cranberry + a lime wedge so it looks like you're having a real drink, but aren't.....
