hi i am 16 pretty active ,fairly fit and lift weights most days but i always seem to be tired. i

n the mornings i find it a battle to get myself up. at school i just get so tired i fall asleep in lessons and when i get home i have abolutly no energy ,my eyes are heavy and i just colapse on my bed. it is really annoying because when i want to go out places i just find myself to tired and end up just staying in.

i hate thinking that i'm just going to end up sleeping my life away. when i want to get out and do things

can anyone help so tell me something that can be done.

thanks :)

There are about 1,321, give or take 7, things it could be. Anything else specific you could tell us?

well i was gunna say dont sweat it bro cause i get plenty of sleep and cant get up in the morn. and my english teacher always puts my ass to sleep. LOL sounds like you may not be eating enough.

are you depressed at all? IS what you stated all you really eat in one day? Sounds like you might be a bit undernourished. Maybe post some more info on what exactly you consume in a 24hr time period

Your Normal, Eat right and Sleep at will.
Research shows that teens need 8 1/2 to more than 9 hours of sleep a night.
This phenomenon has a medical name: delayed sleep phase syndrome.
During adolescence, the body's circadian rhythm (sort of like an internal biological clock) is reset, telling a teen to fall asleep later at night and wake up later in the morning. This change in the circadian rhythm seems to be due to the fact that melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleeping and waking patterns, is produced later at night in teens than it is for kids and adults, making it harder for teens to fall asleep.

And don't do fricken drugs or you will die !

Assuming that you are not over trianing..meaning only train one body part per week.. preferly only two training sessions no longer that 75 minutes. You take about 1grm/lb of high quality protein and avoid junk food for the most part... and are in good health.

Do you drink allot of carbonated drinks? It could very well be your diet. I know that if I got the Mc DOnalds and eat combo 1, I get SLEEPY...

Are you over sleeping... Sleeping more tha 8 hours in SOME person makes then feel tired all day.

Give us more infor on your training & diet!

What i would suggest is cutting out the huge sleeps on the weekend, give yourself 3months of consistently sleeping 8-9 hours, let your body get into a rhythm. Whats your diet like? Try and cut out the sugars, keep to the complex carbs, eat every 2-3 hours, nice clean food, sort your body out! You could try some GABA, myself and a friend found some nice deep sleep using this stuff , but try not to relie on it!

Good luck dude!
