Always pull before injecting?

I am an avid delt guy. I have found myself being without the ability to get enough pull on the syringe so I look for any blood, anywhere and give it a go. I haven't had one mishap and rarely even see any blood after I pull it out. Is it luck or is it completely necessary to pull back before injecting.

I have enormous delts so I know it is muscle deep. And I read that with delts there aren't any serious veins, arteries or blood vessels of any sort while injecting in the side. Does everybody every time pull back on it to look for blood? If not, have you ever had any problems? Problems like quick shot of anxiety, a cough, light headed, sweats resulting, etc. I'm very curious on this one. Please let me know what all you guys think and do.

I have with a fina shot in the delt. Thought I was going to die for about a minute and a half.

Maybe one time, when I first tried it solo, I got light headed and had to sit down for a couple minutes but that is the absolute worst case for me. Nothing serious, ever. Since my first few times, I just hit the same spot every time (not exactly, I'm not anal retentative). All has been good!!

Some people do not aspirate at all. Especially, in the delt. You are correct, there is not alot of danger there. But for me, I will do it just in case.

I can't reach across my body to reach the outside of my delt. So can't help you much there, but I have had good luck with insulin darts in the quad. I never pull out. I also don't draw the syringe back to check for blood. Never any problems . . . but I do seem to have a lot of kids running around.

Always aperate. I never hit a vain untill last week. I hit three in a row...delts, tri's, and glutes.

you should always aspirate

even when shooting in the fat. That way you will never forget to do so when you take a more dangerous shot.
