go get some plain old creatine powder, mix in some dextrose and some ala.
get some glutamine peptides cause they are a lot better absorbed that freefrom l-glutamine.
hey, throw in 5-10g of glutamine into your dextrose/creatine/ala preworkout drink. you should pretty set with that. oo, and use some glycerol with the preworkout drink and you should get some killer pumps.

just a basic creatine monohydrate is all u need forget the cell tech waste of money and just about any brand of glutamine would be fine as well
