Alternatives for HCG?

Doing some research for a friend and have a question (yes, I've searched for the answer with no luck)

Is there an alternative to HCG? It's not a practical choice for him and where he's going (he can't count on having refridgerators and clean mixing environments).

While his cycle isn't set in stone (still researching and tweaking), his planned cycle was:
300mg Test E every 5 days for 7 weeks
300-400iu HCG every 5 days for 9 weeks
.5 Arimidex ED for 9 weeks

PCT
40mg Nolvadex ED week 10&11
20mg Nolvadex ED week 12&13

Thats a fairly low dose of test, he'll prolly be fine without HCG. Has your friend had difficult recovering in the past? Or he could always wait to cycle until he's somewhere that HCG is practical (better safe than sorry)!

He did a Sust cycle once before with A-dex throughout and Clomid to follow up. Kept almost all of his gains. His boys did shrink up but came back fairly well.

Just didn't know if there was a pill or injectable that did the same thing with a longer shelf life.
