I Have been working out for sometime now and i noticed that some of the exercises i have been doing, i have been doing a long time. i switc them up but i was wondering if you guys could recommend some alternate excercise for the following
umbbell Rows (One arm) 3 point stance
:bent over dumbbell rows
:upright rows
:barbell and t-bar rows
:tricep kick backs
:skull crushers
umbell flies
ull downs
:horizontal pull ups
:Shurgs
any recommendations appreciated, Thanks
