Alternate excercises

Hello,

I Have been working out for sometime now and i noticed that some of the exercises i have been doing, i have been doing a long time. i switc them up but i was wondering if you guys could recommend some alternate excercise for the following

:Dumbbell Rows (One arm) 3 point stance
:bent over dumbbell rows
:upright rows
:barbell and t-bar rows
:tricep kick backs
:skull crushers
:Dumbell flies
:pull downs
:horizontal pull ups
:Shurgs

any recommendations appreciated, Thanks

dips
wide grip pullups
close grip bench
cable flies
hang cleans
 
i dont do any of the exercises you posted above.

rows: pick one, barbell is the best deweight each rep to the floor and keep your torso as close to perpendicular to the floor while maintaining arch.

skull crushers and flys are garbage. for shoulder devolopment and tris you cant go wrong with standing overhead press, close grip bench, and weighted dips.

there is no reason to do pull downs if you can do pull ups. as you progress add weight. and if you are going to do a shrug make sure its a dynamic jump shrug or clean pull.

AND DON'T FORGET TO SQUAT AT LEAST TWICE A WEEK.
