so i did somthing to my wrist outside of the gym a few weeks back and i cant do pressing lifts with it, without there being a pain.. anything that puts a torque on joint makes it not happy, which inturn makes my chest days not happy. i want to do something so i dont lose progress but i cant shoulder press, bench press, inc benc, skull crusher.
but i can do pull overs with a dumbbell and standing tricep extensions with a dumbbell. i need to test flies but i have a feeling its gonna be a no go and i did 1 dip and it didnt feel to bad ill try that next time as well... are there some other lifts i can be doing to hit chest maybe not the best ones for chest but somthing
