alt. chest/shoulder/tri exercises

so i did somthing to my wrist outside of the gym a few weeks back and i cant do pressing lifts with it, without there being a pain.. anything that puts a torque on joint makes it not happy, which inturn makes my chest days not happy. i want to do something so i dont lose progress but i cant shoulder press, bench press, inc benc, skull crusher.

but i can do pull overs with a dumbbell and standing tricep extensions with a dumbbell. i need to test flies but i have a feeling its gonna be a no go and i did 1 dip and it didnt feel to bad ill try that next time as well... are there some other lifts i can be doing to hit chest maybe not the best ones for chest but somthing

sounds like you can put some stress on your wrist. Guess you can keep testing exercises. Certain machines can provide leverage points where you wouldn't need to put any stress on your wirst. Just an idea.
