so as long as you declare it, you can bring it across. and there is no law regarding possession?

Correct a mundo............You are allowed to bring across anything for human consumption.........just declare it. This does exclude Narcotic analgesics.....ie: oxycontin, tamgesic, nubain, etc. As for the rest.......have a ball and this includes xanax, valium, somas.......etc. All legal. This excludes Vet products they are not legal to bring across but if you declare all the other shit who's gonna search ya, right? Besides they search cars not your undies...walk across and stuff it in your shorts.......I would love to see em diggin for it........lol

Yes I know personally......k? Was told by customs myself and I have brought stuff across too.........Just remember Winny is vet .....test etc........that is not legal. Only for human consumption AS is legal. Besides if ya don't believe me ask em before you cross......You will lose nothing. If something is not legal and you declare it then they will let you return it to the farmacia before crossing back over without confiscation but if you do not declare it and you hide it you will be fined (the amount of find depends on the value of AS you have) and sent on your way without your shit.

ok. but i know my friend didnt declare his shit and was thrown in jail and charged. i dont know how much he had, i think a couple of bottles. maybe he had more than allowed. but he definitelt didnt have alot of shit.

no problemo anytime..........Customs DOES NOT arrest you. He would of had to be stopped by regular officers on the US side. His mistake was for not declaring.
