Well today is it. Been on now for almost 5 months.
Did oral and inject. Finished with inject at 37.5mgs a day for the last couple of weeks. Finished at 275lbs. Started in the low 250's. Strength is insane. I even toned back a little because i didn't want injuries. My nuts never shrank. No fina dick. A little acne was about it. When I did oral I did between 8-10 pellets a day. From my experience with the oral method you stay leaner when eating like a madman. Thats just my experience!!
Diet was complex. To bulk up to my current weight I ate a bout 200-250 grams of protein. 500-600 grams of carbs and about 100 grams of fat. After reaching my desired weight I cut back to 150 grams of protein, 400 grams of carbs and about 70 grams of fat. I did this about 2 months ago and still put on a few lbs. Arms are now 19 3'4, waist about 34.5. Close grip bench is now 385 for 10. People are all like WTF when I lift. My last cycle peak was 350 for 10.
I am upping my protein back to about 250 grams during post cycle. Also upping carbs. Cutting back on fat a little. Clomid, creatine, maca, eca, food. Thats my post cycle. No nut shrinkage so ima leave the HCG alone.
My main goal of doing alonger cycle was some people theory of longer ones are better. My body has been holding alot of strength and weight for a while. Ive been over 270 for months and hopefully my body wont be 'shocked' and maybe has reached a comfort level.
My last tren only cycle was 6 weeks and my post cycle was crazy. I did saw palmetto(which I wont do this time didn't know it was a whole body anti-androgen), and was on a diet. LOL I still kept my gains, losing a little strength after 6 weeks. Also I only did 2 weeks of creatine, eca and clomid. This time I will up all that shit.
I respond well to creatine and will probally get heavier and stronger, like last time. But this time I wont make the mistake of coming of creatine in 2 weeks because I loose everything, everytime I do!!
Will be doing whole body workouts once a week. 2-3 sets a bodypart. Just trying to work the muscle, not break it down!!!
I believe I am lucky when it comes to tren. To get these results from one substance is crazy. I cannot imagine what would happen if I ran it with test!!!!!
