almost 5 months tren only is DONE!!

Well today is it. Been on now for almost 5 months.

Did oral and inject. Finished with inject at 37.5mgs a day for the last couple of weeks. Finished at 275lbs. Started in the low 250's. Strength is insane. I even toned back a little because i didn't want injuries. My nuts never shrank. No fina dick. A little acne was about it. When I did oral I did between 8-10 pellets a day. From my experience with the oral method you stay leaner when eating like a madman. Thats just my experience!!

Diet was complex. To bulk up to my current weight I ate a bout 200-250 grams of protein. 500-600 grams of carbs and about 100 grams of fat. After reaching my desired weight I cut back to 150 grams of protein, 400 grams of carbs and about 70 grams of fat. I did this about 2 months ago and still put on a few lbs. Arms are now 19 3'4, waist about 34.5. Close grip bench is now 385 for 10. People are all like WTF when I lift. My last cycle peak was 350 for 10.

I am upping my protein back to about 250 grams during post cycle. Also upping carbs. Cutting back on fat a little. Clomid, creatine, maca, eca, food. Thats my post cycle. No nut shrinkage so ima leave the HCG alone.

My main goal of doing alonger cycle was some people theory of longer ones are better. My body has been holding alot of strength and weight for a while. Ive been over 270 for months and hopefully my body wont be 'shocked' and maybe has reached a comfort level.

My last tren only cycle was 6 weeks and my post cycle was crazy. I did saw palmetto(which I wont do this time didn't know it was a whole body anti-androgen), and was on a diet. LOL I still kept my gains, losing a little strength after 6 weeks. Also I only did 2 weeks of creatine, eca and clomid. This time I will up all that shit.
I respond well to creatine and will probally get heavier and stronger, like last time. But this time I wont make the mistake of coming of creatine in 2 weeks because I loose everything, everytime I do!!

Will be doing whole body workouts once a week. 2-3 sets a bodypart. Just trying to work the muscle, not break it down!!!

I believe I am lucky when it comes to tren. To get these results from one substance is crazy. I cannot imagine what would happen if I ran it with test!!!!!

I will post post cyle results in about 6 weeks.
 
I have read that tren is hard on your kidneys. What did you do to protect your kidneys during your cycle? And do you plan on get a doctors exam to make sure you are still functioning correctly? Just curious because my friend is worried about doing a 6 week cycle of tren because of its harshness. thanks for any feedback

It might be hard on the liver, but not the kidneys much. I just ran fina 75mg eod for 11 weeks and took nothing to help the kidneys other than muiltivitamins, beta carotene, E, and Ester C.

I had some lab work done during the cycle at the very end and my kidneys were perfectly fine. Fina and kidney problems is a myth. I will do lab tests before and during the next cycle to see how all this trash effects the liver.

I also feel, with enough food, tren is a good bulking drug. Alot of people say you need something else. I say the something else is food. LOL

To alot of people my carbs seem high and protein seems low, but it works for me. I tried the low carb thing and was on it for a long, long time. My body just doens't like it in terms of strength and muscle mass. I limit my carbs to about 150-200 grams when getting cut though.

Once you find out what works for you in terms of carbs, proteins, and fats you are on your way to great gains. I see people in the gym half my size getting 300-400 grams of protein and still can't grow.

I agree, you will gain very high quality mass. After all, it is used to increase weight in beef cattle???:D

I'm notgoingto lie, as with my other cycle I started to progress way to fast IMHO. I did not want to get hurt throwing that weight around, so I kinda gained than worried about getting my body used to handling that weight. That meant 'chilling out' for part of my cycle. I could have gained more strength, but said why rush it.

Anyway here ar some numbers. Hammer curls are 100lbs now. Thats for 10 and than 7. Those are with drop sets. I curl 10 times pick up 75 and curls about 8.

Cable rows are 330 for 10. Tricep pushdowns are 250 for 12. These are first set numbers. Hammer decline press is 5 plates for 20(just to hit the fibers different). I can do more reps but stop for safety. I gained a shit load of strength and need to becareful, I stop reps when I strain. I don't want to blow a tendon.

Didnt train legs at all due to injuries, and actually gained size in them. LOL Still the same definition.

To think before I sarted my first tren cycle I could only close grip 350 for 1. I gained alot of strength this year and my main goal of staying on long was to let my body get used to the weight and strength.
