Almighty's r-ala Journal

The Almighty

New member
Well, with the recent release of r-ala by the AF Store there has been much speculation and, of course with any new product, much negativity.

After searching I found a few posts here and there on the subject of r-ala, but it seems that nobody has created a journal of their experiences, something which would be useful with a new product as hyped as this one. With that in mind, here I am.

Stats:
5'8
203 pounds
13%bf

Currently on cycle, just finished my last shot of eq, now I am running tren @ 112.5mg/ed for the next 6 weeks along with 1mg of arimidex eod. My goal is to get down to 8%bf while hopefully staying above 190-195 pounds.

I dont see the need to keto diets when cutting, so all I am doing is cutting back the cals/carbs slightly and keeping the protein high (moderate-low fat of course).

I plan on taking 200mg of r-ala with 3 meals every day, with another 300mg with my post-workout shake every other day.

I will update this thread at the end of every day to let everyone know of my experiences.

That's great, but how do you plan on distinguishing between whether it's the Tren and the diet that is helping you or the R-ALA?

I actually thought of that. I have used tren twice before, so I believe I would be able to distinguish what is going on inside my body when it comes to tren vs r-ala.

With tren, I dont get pumps just sitting around after I eat like many do when supplementing with ala, so hopefully that will be a clear indication, along with other ala sides (lethargy, etc).

I'm very interested in following this, bro - and thanks for taking the time to do this.

The research that I've read actually seems to support r-ALA; however, the 'proof' is always in the real world test. What something should do on paper is not always what happens when we put it in a person.

Are you going to be using ketosis strips, caliper tests, etc... and can you post your diet?

Meanie. Sorry I honestly don't mean to fuck up the thread like that. I just can't help it. I guess it's just part of being a no-goodnick.

I agree 100% with your reasoning there son.

Diet is usually something like this:

Meal 1: Eggs, toast, and some form of meat.
(500-600 cals, 35 grams of protein, 40 grams of carbs, 10 grams of fat)

Meal 2: Tuna and Rice
(300 cals, 35 grams of protein, 30 grams of carbs, 2 grams of fat)

Meal 3: Shake
(400 cals, 55-60 grams of protein, 25-30 grams of carbs, 4 grams of fat)

Meal 4: Subway Roasted Chicken Breast (6 inch)
(350 cals, 30 grams of protein, 25 grams of carbs, 6 grams of fat)

Meal 5: Turkey Medallions and Mashed Taters
(350 cals, 35 grams of protein, 30 grams of carbs, 9 grams of fat)

Meal 6: Subway Roasted Chicken Breast (6 inch)
(350 cals, 30 grams of protein, 25 grams of carbs, 6 grams of fat)

Meal 7: Shake
(400 cals, 55-60 grams of protein, 25-30 grams of carbs, 4 grams of fat)

Total:
+/- 2600 Cals
+/- 240 grams of protein
+/- 200 grams of carbs
+/- 40 grams of fat

Holy fuck you're doing the Subway diet. That is too funny.

LOL just call me Jared from now on.

Seriously, this is just a rough average of what my meals usually consist of. I eat subway perhaps 3-4 times a week simply because it is healthy and tastes great too. Of course, Nathan says the same thing about semen, but to each their own I guess.

Only duck semen. Every other species' semen has a weird bitter-sweet thing going on.

Thanks for taking the time to put all that down. It is going to be much more interesting knowing the type of carbs you are consuming (high or low glycemic) as well as the amount.

Also, thanks for tipping me off about Subway. I'm going to head down now and get a double meat turkey breast sandwich. I didn't know the carbs were so low.

Well, end of day one, and as you would imagine nothing spectacular happened.

Perhaps the placebo effect was...well...in effect when I took my second dose. I took 300mg right before a sub and 2 oatmeal cookies. After eating I went and looked in the mirror and my stomach wasnt distended the way it usually is after eating a meal of that size. Also, I felt a tiny bit tired after the meal, but as I said, it may just have been me.

Anyway, I will keep the daily updates going.

Well end of day 2.

The thing that struck me the most actually happened not too long ago. I was on my way home from marinating with my friends, and swung by Taco Hell to get some south of the border action.

I took 300mg r-ala 2 minutes before eating 2 double deckers and 2 crunchy tacos, and (like yesterday) my stomach looks like I have not eaten anything at all. I honestly still look almost exactly the way I did when I woke up this morning. I am slo getting kinda sleepy...time for bed.

Why is it I expect any day now to see that your training diet breakfast is two cans of Budweiser and half a pack of Camels?

this thread is right up there with almightys gay sex farm animal and midgets antics log of summer 97'

I too am takeing ala r, but due to my need to overinduldge on anything that says supp.

I am takeing about a gram of this shitznit a day, and thank god because the ala from beyond century I just finished was imop worthless.

So far the best ala I have taken is kilosports, but those fuckers give you 1000 pills for 69.95 so I took upwards of 3 grams a day. The Funny part would be how I would just pass out in class and then wake up drool covered,.

Well I do get sleepy off the type R and my piss stinks again, got to love stinky piss, it masks the TREN filled urine I have.

LOL it was one of my two cheat meals per week, gimme a break son.

Anyway, just started day 4. Used 800mg yesterday divided into 3 meals. Nothing spectacular yet, but lets wait to the end of the week to decide if this is worth it or not (IMO of course).
