It is about that time again gentlemen.

13% bf

Test Suspension 100mg/ED Weeks 1-11
Fina 75mg/ED Weeks 1-11
EQ 600mg/week Weeks 1-8
Arimidex .5mg/EOD Weeks 1-11 (and during clomid therapy)

I wanna gain as much size as possible while getting my bf down a few percentages...hopefully to about 11% if I am lucky. Believe it or not, this cycle is going to be relatively cost effective. Here is how:

Obviously, I am making the fina, so that aint that expensive. I am also making the Suspension from synovex implants and a kit. That gives me more than enough suspension for a little over $100. And, of course, cant go wrong with TTokyo Eq.

Any criticism would be appreciated.

I would hit 1mg ed of arimidex on suspension, sides will hit you hard and fast and it wont be pretty on a low dose of anti-aromitase if you are prone to gyno....

But then again if you've used suspension before and know how you react to it, go for it.... That looks like a solid, hard hitting cycle... Certainly lots of strength gain from it and some decent size as welll....

Ya, I was considering that, however that would mean extending the test/fina to take advantage of the short-acting compounds once clomid time comes around. Due to time (and money) constraints I will probably keep the eq at 8 weeks.

Willy, I apologize but I did mean to write ED for the arimidex. I will also have nolvadex on hand in case I get any signs of gyno from the suspension that the arimidex wont handle.

i wouldnt extend the EQ either, i like to start my clomid right after the test clears, you wouldnt wanna wait for that damn EQ to get out of your system.

fina should only be done for 6 weeks and with winny and bromocriptine to minimize gyno. also t3 is good while on fina since fina lowers t3 levels.

Why should fina only be done for 6 weeks?

Also, I know for a fact that fina will not give me gyno, hence the lack of winny in the cycle.

Cycle looks great and the fina is ok to run for that long.

Only thing I'd do is front load the Eq at either 1200mg for the first 2 weeks or 1800mg. for the first week, it's up to you! The reason I say frontload is that the damn Eq takes so long to kick in and your only running it for 8 weeks---so it'll kick in much qucker and so u will be able to take MAJOR advantage of it! Good luck!

Bro, my normal dose of Eq per cycle is usually run at 1200-1800mg/wk throughout the whole cycle! You'll be just fine w/a front load at that amount!

How do you know that he'll be just fine iwth 1200mg frontload of eq? Who are you to say that he won't have a panic attack just like another mod who wishes to remain anonymous on here did? Exact same thing. Read andy13's post about frontloading long acting esters, took it as gospel, had to be rushed to the hospital because of a panic attack.

What works for one may not for another.


As for your cycle, I'd drop the eq altogether and do 100mg winny ed for 4-5 weeks at the tail end of your cycle. If you want to keep the eq, don't run it past 8 weeks for the exact reason you gave above. I still think you should throw in the winny no matter what.

Winny was in my original master plan for the cycle, however the total cost for the cycle did add up, and I decided to drop the winny. I have maybe 50 ip winny left over from many moons ago, but if I did use winny, it would not want to use anything but zambons. I do still have time to retool this cycle so I will see what I can do.
