I just found out i was allergic to Usnic Acid. rash frm head to toe. Now I want to go w/ DNP. Since they are two tottally different chemical one is a herb and the other artificial. What are my chances of being allergic to Dnp? Has anyone been allergc to DNP?

start off with 200mg to see if there is a reaction. have an antihystamine onhand, like benadryl to treat any allergic reaction.

yes you might get the same with dnp or worse.

Or not, lol. The ignorance surrounding dnp is astounding. There is only one way to tell, and that is to take a very small dose and see how you react. And yes, you can have an allergic reaction to dnp.

I also like how people are under the illusion that usnic acid is safer than dnp because it comes from an herb.

I'm not 100% sure, but I believe that it's common for roughly 1 in 10 people to be allergic to DNP, but a higher percentage may develop a rash (or be 'less allergic').

To prevent/reduce sides, you should:
- Be drinking 1.5-2+ gallons of water daily
- Have Benadryl and Quercetin handy in case of rash/allergic reactions
- Be taking a proper supplement regimen, especially anti-oxidants such as Vitamin C and E, along with other appropriate supps

Also:
- Yohimbine HCL or Yohimburn is highly beneficial to DNP users
- Crystal Light is a great tasting, almost no-cal drink that can help you get your needed amount of water if you're having trouble your needed amount or just want something better tasting than water
- Caffiene/ECA stack will help with the cravings and also give you energy
- If you're having trouble sleeping on DNP, try Melatonin. Not only does it help most go to sleep, but it's an antioxidant as well

Damn 1-10 fouk! I always allergic...even to beer! I think ill just stay away from dnp. I hope the L-carnitine i ordered will do the trick.

One word>QUERCETIN...Inhibits the formulation and GRANULATION of histamines, which are responsible for the reaction you get.Start taking 1-3 grams of quercetin per day a few days prior to your dnp,and run it all the way through and a week past.It can be found at most health/herbal stores.

Is this from your experiance bro. Were u allergic to DNP b4. I really want to make sure on this becuase UA really tore me up.

Huck is right.
Never used the Q shit, but the research supports it.
And yes, ive had an allergic reaction to DNP, a VERY BAD one......

did a 10 day, 200/mg day cycle, and only 1g of quercetin a day. My hands got itchy and a little poison ivy-ish looking by day 3, and it was starting to travel up my arm. cycle ended, took a bunch of benadryl, problem solved. then I did a 5 day, 400/mg a day cycle, and that time, after upping the quercetin to about 2.5 g's a day, I was just fine. quercetin works.
