all those on Crumbs diet

First of all... who is this guy???

The diet looks like a keto diet exept you eat carbs after you train. I read a post on Vitor97 and he claims to have made great gains on it...

Anyone else with great gains (or losses) please let me know. I have been struggling trying to get leaner to no avail. I even lowered my calories to 1900. Im currently 6ft 226lbs 12-14%fat. the onlything Im afraid os is getting flat and weak and moody. My favoite diet is isocaloric. I find this makes me feel great. But looking for something that will get the fat off me.

So lets hear some results.
 
Been on it for two weeks and feel great. Losing fat, and I still feel hard and pumped. I'm impressed with this diet.
 
any numbers to work with?
how much bodyfat% did you lose etc...
 
don't know how much BF I lost. I do know the first week I dropped 5lbs, the second week my weight stayed the same but I'm noticably leaner.
 
im not on the diet, but am planning one and will start it soon. though to answer your question of who he is, he is just another member here that started the thread and has gave incredible help to other trying to pursue the diet, just scroll down more on the diet page and it is the one with like 650 or so posts haha.

I work out real hard, and I eat like a machine only what im supposed to. Im doing my first show this july and Im actully trying to break into modeling, But if you follow this diet to the T for 8 weeks I can promise you dramatic results. Ive gone as far as to post my pics each week and give everyone my diet logs, Look at the pics u can see how it goes. I dont take any Steroids now, occionally I take ECA. The only think I do diffriently then the plan states is the following.

I dont eat veggies, I eat some salsa now and then and some fried onions. I use Fiber to make up for the Veggies, and take 2 multi Vitamins.

I also do 1hr of cardio a day almost everyday, I own the life fitness cross trainer got one in my basement, I know Im a lucky bastard, so I wake up and watch tv, listen to music and get down. If you dont want to goto the gym twice then wake up and do a fast walk around your block, put on some head phones and go. I recomend doing it shirtless so u can get some honeys honking at you.

I also lift 5 days a week
Chest - MON abs
back - Tue forerams
Legs - WED abs
should - Thursday Forearms Calves
arms - Friday abs
SAturday Abs/Calves/Forearms, I Really Kill the abs calves and forearms, probally spend 20mins on each this day.

I also dont use fruit post workout because I know fruit doesnt fill muscle glycogen as effective as simple sugars. I mix a post workout shake of 50grams of whey, 15grams of creatine, 10 grams of glutamine, and I eat a whole Pack of sweet tarts, taken with ALA.

You are not in keto for several reasons
1. SOme whey gets converted to glucose
2. 50grams of sugar Post workout
3. Veggies,
4. If you eat more then say 50-70 grams of carbs a day it is almost impossiable to be in keto.

It is like being in keto without the negatives. Basiclly without a ton of insulin you are always in fat burning mode. Veggies dont really cause an insulin spike, nor does whey, or fat.

GEt in this diet asap.

2 Months till Beach Season, if you live on the EAST coast, if you live in the west, Damn u to hell for having such wonderful weather all year round

Just FYI, also this diet is nothing like a keto diet because you are taking in way too much protein. To answer your question, I was on the diet for 3 weeks, it really worked well for those 3 week. I stopped the diet b/c I have been below my maintenance level for over a year, with me binged about every 5 or 6 days. Dieting that long has really screwed up my hormones, but once I start cutting again, this defiantly will be the diet I get back on.
