My gym s holding an area event. Lifetime free membership, $2,000 in supplments, and unlimited tanning for 6 months. Transformation contest. $100 to enter and you get a steak dinner, buffet type deal on day 1. It starts May 2nd. 8 weeks long. Most improved/biggest transformation is 50%. Essay why you should win 50%. I think it would be much easier for me physically to get totally fat then cut like a rockstr starting May 2nd. Rather than take a pic now, and try to add 50lbs of pure muscle. So, wish me luck. Training will have to be knocked down to 3 days a week. Heavy fundamental lifts. Squats, bench, row and deads. I dont go longer than 60 minutes without a snack, and anything goes. No more clean diet rules.

Is this possible or am I even more crazy than I originally appeared?

Just to give ya a heads up, most people that win those "transformation contests" are people that never worked out before. They make the biggest changes and usually win. If you want to do it, then yeah I agree, get fat and then get shredded. 8 weeks is plenty of time to do that. Good luck.
 
if you only have 8 weeks youd better be running clen with your cycle or somthing, your not gonna impress anyone if your a fatass. haha no offense, but you could expect 20lbs in 10wks with a test e/eq cycle like that probably, Ive done it before. I also ran the dbol like you have stated. Thsi sounds hazardous to many contestents health. you know everyone who enters is gonna be juiced to the max, thats nto healthy, especially your heart probably, thats a lot of weight to all of a sudden have on your heart, watch bp, etc, you can still TRY and keep a clean diet, as much as possible. instead of sweets, just eat eggs, or get a fat turkey and care it up and snack on turkey etc, lean proteins and lots of them will get you far, prepare good whole food meals, potatoes, steaks, lots of protein shakes, and I am a firm believer in continuing your fruit/veggie intake while on a cycle regardless of what anyone else says. I could see cutting them for a BB contest I suppose, but my health is my #1 concern.
 
why not start dbol @ 50mg day and hold a shit load of water, take a pic,then lean out with good diet and aas. With all the extra muscle you should be able to lean out quick. good luck, that sounds like an awesome form of motivation.

Yea 50mg dbol/day + test + (some other supplement that makes you retain water like a mofo) then when the competition actually starts be done with the dbol, change to winny or primo and hella dex to debloat. On the biggest loser you can tell those guys have taken diuretics for a week on the last show.

I'd say go for it...even if you dont win...great motivator. My gym just had something similar, they named the contest after that TV show "worlds greatest looser" or something like that....this big guy lost over 50lbs!

Heres a tip: The week before your picture eat Desacated Liver Tablets like mad and you'll blow up with 10lbs of water. You'll look like shit... lol GOOD LUCK BRO!

I'm ok...training hard and finally trying to beat my obsessive disorder. Always scared to lose the abs, you know the drill.

I'm 6'2 and up to 185 with about 8%. A far cry from my college days of 240 and 11-12%, but maybe someday. You want to run this contest with me? What is your current story? Stats?

LOL. SHouldnt be that hard to do. Sit around and eat a bunch of high simple sugar/fat foods like donuts. Eat a dozen of those a day and I bet youll get fat fast!
 
Can't say that I'd do it, but it won't be the worst thing to ever happen to your body. Hell, actors do shit like this ALL the time for roles and they're not dropping dead. I like ur plan of action too. Get fat and then shred.

I'm assuming that the pics will be taken on May 2nd, when the comp starts. Then runs for only 8 weeks. If the purpose of this cycle is to win the contest, then I'd switch it up a bit.

1-8 50mg/prop ed
1-8 75mg/tren ed
4-8 50mg/winny ed
1-8 clen / T-rex (or other thermogenic)

run this with a crazy clean diet and plenty of cardio and you're in.

Thanks for the support fellas...today was day #1, I got 6 weeks to take before pics, then 8 weeks to cut like a mad man...I figure I can gain, if my brain lets me, 3-4lbs a week, so approx. 20 lbs, in which 3/4ths will prob. be fat, but then again, who knows, I've so low on cals and so overtrained that it may make me look better, lol

Todays menu

oats - almost 1/2 a cannister of dry rolled oats
3 bagels
2 homemade brownies
2 pb sandwhichs
donut
1lb chicken
12 eggs/whites
olive oil on my salad
2 myoplex bars
half pack of rice cakes
4 scoops of whey
at least 5 handfulls of peanuts,almonds
box of trail mix
sweet potatoe
few scoops of anpb
2% milk
coffee

funny thing is I felt tired, then crazy energy, then tired, then energy....good lifting day of back and calves.

Note - too much gum and too much splenda/sf sryups. making me notious......crank it up. Who's with me? Tomorrow I need to go out a little more. Subway, quiznoos and some pizza. I dont care what I need to do, McDonalds WILL NOT BE ON MY DIET!!!

oooo.....chinese, I forgot about chinese. Also need to cut back on veggies, no more cooked oats.....2 much bloat!
 
ummm.... why exactly are you still working out while you attempt to gain fat? also, maybe cut out the proteins (egg whites etc) and replace with more carbs :)
this is the first time you'll see advice like this dished out on EF :p
 
Damn this is easier than I thought.....just eating constantly...more of snacking. Abs are slowly starting to fade, prob. due to the excessive bloat. Day 5, todays slate looks like Nutrella by the jar, a few subs from Quiznoss, maybe some wings and green beer..........hmmmmmmm...........energy levels are scattered all over the board. Anyone else bulking up with me? I got 5 weeks to take pictures of my disgusting self, then I'm gonna cut like no one's business. I'll be completely diced. MACK, watch out brutha.

Your abs are fading because of your diet. 3 Quizno's subs, fried wings, green beer and more snacking? That is not bloating... that is FATing. If you are just looking to put on size, any kind of size... keep going the way you are otherwise reconsider your protien ratio. The term snack in the average persons terms nearly always implies, crap food. Be careful with those. Eating them makes most people crave more of them.
