Well to put it the best way I can what did you do by the time you reached 17? Still in highschool?

Well to put it the best way I can what did you do by the time you reached 17? Still in high school? This might sound like a bunch of bull shit to a bunch of you, but I reached a bench press of 395 strict, ass on the bench and shoulders, none of this arch shit!!! A dead lift of only 495, and strict squat of 405 for 7 reps. We had all these boards that you could get on, the first was quarter squat 600 hundred pounds, the next was curl 125, clean and jerk 175, and 200, deadlift 400 pounds, bench 250 and 300 pounds, and the best one of all, military! Well to put into easy words, I did this all by the time I was 16 in highschool (sophmore Year) My lil brother did it in the first month in highschool, the only difference is that I did it at 225, and he did it at 175, is this not natural strenght and gentics at its best or what?
 
P.S. I won 15 plus comps in highschool for the mag or newsletter, bigger, faster and stronger!! Thanks for all the replys, but having good gentics is the best thing of all, besides how you react to AS!!
 
No, hell no only free weights!!!!!1111, except for the quarter squat that was done on a ollllll sqaut rack that was bent done due to the weight that it sets on! Real easy even if you can squat 300 hundred plus pounds, parrrel!
 
I started at KU, I blew my arm out, and now I run a family business (construction) and I go to CU Denver. Bunk I know but money is money!!!
 
When I was in HS I did 1 rep with 90lbs on the 'universal' bench press, about 50lbs on the leg extension and didn't even know what a deadlift was. All natty of course ;)

Suffice it to say I blame my parents.

I would call bullshit, but my bro at 16 and 165lbs squatted 510lbs to legit parallel, deadlifted 565lbs and benchpressed 420lbs.

Now at 23 he's 5'10" and 215lbs at like 8% with 17.5" arms and doesn't even lift and eats and drinks like crap. Fuckin punk lol.

Besides killer strength he's got probably the best genetics I've seen in person.

So ya, those are doable lifts.

Best advice I can give is use your genetics to the fullest and be thankful.
 
Those are believable numbers, and very impressive. How old are you now? Do you still train? If you're telling the truth, which I will take your word for, then you and your brother have a lot of potential. Find a good gym, train with the best to keep you moving. Remember, there is always bigger and stronger out there, always be humble.

Holy crap, 165lbs. at 16 with those numbers????!!!!!! This person is a complete retard if they didn't go on to break every world record.
