Hey, I am the biggest deerhunter I know. I'm from MA and my brother is a hunting guide in Nebraska. I hunted Nebraska Alabama MA and Conneticut this year. Have about 300 pounds of deer meat.
I have the meat hamburger and sausages....you name it. I make meatloaf, hamburgers, I want to make jerkey, I heard it was awesome.
Soak it in buttermilk for a day, it will tenderize it bigtime.
My favorite thing to do is make about 200 hamburgers, and freeze them. Everytime your hungry have a burger!!
