Hey guys new to the forums. Im 16 and have been weightlifting for about 1 year now off and on.
When i was a freshman i weighed 115 pounds and now i am a junior and weight almost 150. i am 5 foot 11 but i still want to gain weight without using juice.
I was wondering if gnc or any places have anything that will really work and that you can reccomend it to me.
Also sinc ei play football we lift every other day in our gym by doing diff squats, bench presses, cleans etc.
I was wondering what i need to eat before and after lifting i drink lots of water and gatorades every day bcuz we just got done with 2 a day practices.
also i want to define my 6 pack more any ways to do that at home?

Anything else i need to know?

listen. dont look for a cheap way out. if some supplement 'works' (like some prohormones) they are quickly taken off the market.

you have to eat a lot. if you're playing football, you can eat everything you can find and get away with it. if you want to gain size, you ahve to eat even more

try to get at least 1 gram of proten per pound of bodyweight. example, if you weigh 250, try to get 275-300 at least
 
Swain to gain baby (i.e. eat lots and lots and lots - MRPs are secondary).

GNC is really expensive; I wouldn't buy anything there.

6-pack definition is 90% diet, not exercises.

Also forgot to ask this but what kinds of food should i also be eating if i want to have really nice 6 pack
