9 Pounds? That's acctually better than I expected, what's your diet been like? Surplus or Maintenance ? And what kinda stuff are you eating

I on a maintance diet right now,getting ready to up it big time tho, summer cycle starts soon.

Basic Food Right now I do this from Nov/Dec When i bulk,now maintance,next week i will run the sarm another couple of weeks until i start my cycle.

thanks for the info radar, ordered my SARMS friday night, well early saturday morning, so im hoping it gets here soon. since im injured and not lifting or exercising much, and eating pretty much whatever i want right now im very interested to see what this will do for me if anything....thanks man

I think you will be pleased,i have a nagging wrist injust that is almost completely gone after taking this stuff
 
Keep us posted on the workouts. First workout back after a long layoff usually produces pretty good pumps. I'm interested to see how your strength is after a few workouts. Thanks.

Another update, i am getting pumped all over and staying that way after training,nothing else has been added ,just more protein to my diet. and I have done this before so i know its the Sarms. Acne is almost completely gone. another plus.
Anyone who competes i suggest using this 4 weeks prior to a show and on the mornin of Show day. This will fill those muscles up and keep you from looking dehydrated.

Nice journal RADAR...thanks. Very similar to my experience to date. I am a little older then you but not by a lot. That probably plays into my experience being so close to what you describe. I agree, I not experiencing any suppression. I am not on HRT and I would notice it - I absolutely hate being even being slightly suppressed let alone shutdown.

What I am seeing as a trend, as soon as some go over the 50 mark, they start getting sides. Adjusting to the to low light and at night seems to be one of the more common sides.

50 split 2x's per day, with 2 days off in a row per week, seems to be the sweet spot in terms of a Benefits:Sides ratio.

How Ironic ,i was just doing a search on my journal and here it is on the first page.
Updates I am training like its a breeze, I'm training like i'm on but with the off feeling.
getting ready to add some Beastdrol to this and see what happens.
still no acne on my back,no vision problems reported at 50mgs /Day

I have been closer to 75mg ed using the dropped but I have VERY little eye sight problems either...in the house with lights OFF its kind of hard to see but when wouldnt it be under those conditions, I have been out and drive fine no real issues other than that either. I did feel a little sick for a couple days which put a damper on my training, but still feel good overall. I am sleeping a hell of alot too...
