all about my cycle

Hi,

I would like advice please. My questions are at the bottom. Here is what I'm doing now.

Stats:
weight: 188
height 6'1
bf: 8%

Goals:
weight: 215
height: 6'1
bf: 6%


I'm doing right now:
1-test.

I don't like it much because the sides are quite harsh.

I can add in test prop for 70mg EOD.

For training, I am using a modified version of HST. I have posted this on hypertrophy-specific forums though I am planning to increase the volume per workout just a little.

Diet is 6 meals/day. with about 200g protein.

Anti-e's: I ordered liquid anastrozole (an anti-aromitase) but I didn't get it. I asked for tracking number and got no reply, asked for refund, got no reply. So I may have an option to get something else (if I do get the refund). If I do get the refund, I may consider 6 OXO for anti-aromitase.

I plan to do 3 3 week cycles, starting with this one. Between each cycle, I'll take 2 weeks off. I know this is not conventional. I'm hoping for quick recovery with these.

Cycle 1:
wk1: 1-test 190mg transdermal ED
wk2: '' + test prop 70mg EOD
wk2: '' + test prop 70mg EOD

2 weeks off


Cycle 2:
wk1: 1-test 190mg transdermal ED + test prop 70mg EOD
wk2:
wk2: ''

2 weeks off

Cycle 3:
wk1: 1-test 190mg transdermal ED
wk2: '' + test prop 75mg EOD + 40mg transdermal Tren ED
wk2: '' + creatine (+ b12?)

here's what I'll take when off:

Epimedium (horny goat weed) (from prolab)
Muira Puama (from BAC)
Tribulus (from BAC)
Avena Sativa (from BAC)
Lots of bright sunlight (to raise my body's test levels)


I will take also:
Prostate:
finasteride: 1.25 mg ED
Saw Palmetto 480mg ED

Hair:
Nizoral, folligen, skinoren (azaleic acid)

Nutritional:
rALA
multi
ester C, Natural vit E, Selenium

I'd like to get suggestions on this.

How should I train between the cycles?
What should I watch out for (bad sides, ways to avoid atrophy when off)

Most important: am I doing the best I could to acheive my goals?

Well my workout partner had the same stats as you about a year ago. Your very lean most likly an ecto. My partner has a hard time putting on wirght but when he puts on wieght It all lean mass
He is now 205 8%. But let me tell ya It did not come easy.

His cycles that worked best for him were as follows

wk1-4 50mg/day d-bol
wk 4-8 75mg/day tren
wk 1-8 600 mg /wk deca
wk 1-8 750mg /wk Test enth
l-dex through cycle

eats 4000+ cal\day and tried to get 250mg protien

hgc and clomid for recovery
 
Maybe I should drop the 1-test. It hasn't really done anything positive for me.

Would be nice to get some feedback on this.
 
I don't like one thing about your cycles or 1-test for that matter,. Get off everything for and clean out. Then start a real cycle of test and EQ for 8-12 weeks or someting. I think you will be much happier.
