Alicia Keys

I really didn't care that much for her first album. However, I have a lot of appreciation for her latest work. I bought it last week and it hasn't left my cd player in my car ever since.

This is a very talented woman and I recommend her album. Don't expect any radioesque type hits on it, like the first one. I think she found her style and is sticking to it. I compare it to Jill Scott's album or even Mary's "My Life" album (quality wise). I like it that much.

I have the first one but I haven't bought the new one yet. I'm a huge fan of hers and she's definitely one of the most talented artist in the world right now. Her piano and vocal skills are awesome.

I might have prejudged Kelis based on that Milkshake song. If she got songs with Raphael Saadiq then maybe she got something worth hearing. I take back what I said for now.

The talent is on a different level.....
but Get your musical head out of your ass......THe Kelis Tasty CD is dope....
Mainly due to the quality of the producers...but matter of fact all of Kelis's cd's have been dope...

I think judgemental idiots that think they can determine what music is good and what isn't are what's wrong w/ music today...
