AIC Wer'e a great band, In my younger days "Facelift" was my best training CD. I'm almost forty now and still love to train with heavy stuff such as Disturbed and Godsmack.

Only 90's band of that genre/location I ever liked. Hated (and still hate) Pearl Jam and Nirvana.

Well, I dug Soundgarden. I guess they can be lumped in there.

Ya Soundgarden and Alice in Chains. No one else even compared! Pantera and Megadeath came out with good albums right around the time "dirt" by Alice in Chains came out. Dirt was my favorite album.
