Aldactone rebound effect....

wanted to share this with you thinking about useing aldactone.
It got me pretty hard, but after the 6 days I use it I got the worst water retention I have ever had.
Keep that in mind if you are preparing for a competition...

you need to take potassium with aldactone or that will happen

Not a good idea to take potassium with a potasium sparing diuretic......hope that newbies didnt see that.
